60 minutes - Discussed your needs, site specifications, and desired inclusions to meet your budget. Following the consultation, an estimate will be incorporated.
After agreeing on the next step, including detailed design Architecture, prepare the outline sketch once the owner has paid the deposit for detailed design.
At this stage, the owner will review the design submitted by the architect, incorporating insights from the in-person discussions. Once the agreed-upon changes are implemented, the builder will finalise the design before the owner signs the construction contract.
Following this, the owner will receive all correspondence, including evidence, along with progress updates until the project is handed over.
